I know this is my little project so I have a highly biased view of the gig that happened on Thursday. It was a great success for a number of reasons. While the venue wasn't packed a good crowd appeared. Many were in attendance to Boyles for the first time to catch one of the bands live. There was an opportunity for new artists such as Dayo and Peadar King to get noticed outside their own communities. It was another gig for the hugely talented Joy Booth and her band to solidify their sound. Van Cleef found many new fans with their electric set and Groom finished the night in fine form.
