It's been really great hearing so much Villagers on daytime Irish radio stations such as Today FM and RTE 2FM. I'm not going to review the new album 'Awayland' as there's already so many great reviews on there from the likes of The Guardian, Entertainment.ie, as well as this disappointing review from Pitchfork.
I like the album and would get a 9 or 10 out of 12 because it didn't blow me away in any meaningful way. Also it takes many listens to find out the context of each song. Having said that I adore this track 'Nothing Arrived'.
