Regular readers know I am partial to having a daily feature on the blog! As a result of many hours of mindless thinking while watching Christmas telly I've come up with the following to begin fresh next Monday January 11th!
Monday; Cover Me Monday [I have close to a hundred cover songs by Irish artists which will be used as promotional fodder on Mondays!]
Saturday; Irish Artists on YouTube [Simple posting of an interesting video on YouTube]
Sunday; B-Side Sunday [Similar to Cover Me Monday but with posting of a low production B-Side]
Here's a tune which works as a B-side post and is the best cover from an Irish act in ages!

Christy Moore + Will Smith=?: Van Cleef's single Prince is backed by ‘Lisboomvarna', a bizarre mix of Christy Moore's ‘Lisdoonvarna' and ‘Boom! Shake The Room' by DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince. A Van Cleef fans' live favourite in recent months, it was begging for selection as a b-side.
